Your KODAK Video Monitor may lose connection with our servers or the internet on some occasions. The Video Monitor is designed to automatically re-connect once there is internet available. If this does not happen, you can try the following:
1. Unplug the camera from the power source, and plug it back in. Wait up to 5 minutes for the camera to re-start.
2. If the camera is still offline, there may be a problem with your home network. You can reset your home router and/or modem.
a. Power off the camera (unplug the camera)
b. Power off the Router
c. Power off the Modem
d. After one minute power on the Modem
e. After one minute power on the Router
f. After one minute power on the camera
3. If the camera is still offline, you can factory reset your camera by following the instructions here. You will need to set up your camera once again, following the setup instructions in your quick-start guide.
4. If you have followed all of these troubleshooting steps and LED light is still orange, it means that you do not have internet connection. Please ask your internet service provider for further assistance.
